Why is ADP not letting me login? ›

Problems Logging In

Check the spelling and spacing of your password. (Passwords are case sensitive; remember to turn off the Caps Lock key.) You must register before you can log into the MyADP application. You must use your MyADP user ID and password (not the ID and password you use to log into your company's network.

Forgot Password

Select Forgot my password and follow the instructions to answer a series of security questions to reset your password. Then, use your username and new password to log in to the application.

Select First Time Users Register Here to start the registration process. Follow the steps to enter your registration code, verify your identity, get your User ID and password, select your security questions, enter your contact information, and enter your activation code.

What to do if you are locked out. Go to Forgot User ID or Password and follow the on-screen instructions. Once you have retrieved your user ID, you will no longer be locked out. Please contact your company administrator if you need further assistance.

Current ADP status is UP.

Close all active Internet browsers and try logging on again; Clear your browser history/cache and try again. During your next log on attempt, you will be required to identify yourself, i.e., you will be required to receive an activation code, enter the activation code, and answer your security questions.

Logging In

To use ADP® Mobile Solutions on your mobile device, you must be registered to use Employee Access® for RUN Powered by ADP®. For more information about Employee Access, or if you forgot your User ID or Password, speak with your company's payroll contact. 1 Open ADP Mobile Solutions on your mobile device.

ADP will send a verification code to your mobile phone. Enter the verification code. Click Continue. If you did not receive a code, click Request a New Code to have another code sent to your mobile phone.

You receive a personal registration code (for example, b9a7q6re) in an email from ADP (SecurityServices_NoReply@adp.com) or shared by your administrator (verbally or in a secure communication). This code is valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

From the Time & Attendance menu, select Setup. Note: If the Setup option is not visible, make sure that you have selected Practitioner in the Role Selector.
